All N All Supplies now offers Professional Development sessions for a variety of topics. We have listed a few that we have already developed a format for as well as some other topics we could create sessions for. These are not limited to what is listed. Social-Emotional Learning
Participants will discuss the 5 components of social-emotional learning. The training can be modified to focus on a specific age range and/or developmental period. Strategies for incorporating social emotional learning throughout the school day will be provided.
Leadership
This session will focus on helping leaders effectively implement change within their school or district. Participants will learn how to develop a change plan and discuss theories and best practices for change.
Effective Reading (Literacy Development)
This session provides an overview of the Science of Reading. Participants will learn about each component of reading: phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension.
Challenging Behavior
Participants will learn effective strategies for addressing challenging behavior by focusing on preventing the targeted behavior. Discussions related to the causes and triggers of challenging behavior will be included in the session.
Diversity and Inclusion in the Classroom
This session will provide a range of resources to help educators create a culturally inclusive classroom. Specific focus on understanding bias, equity and access, and disrupting narratives will be a part of this training.
Diversity and Inclusion for Leaders
This session provides an overview of the functional concepts of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Leaders will self-evaluate their current DEI strategies and complete an organizational assessment. Participants will begin the process of developing an action plan.
